I also want to add that above Drone will have dipping sonar too with the light torpedo.
It speed is faster than helicopter
Ship will have many of them on board. ( Corvet ship will have 6 - 10 of them on board. It mean 6-10 helicopter job in ship o_O)

You're mixing stuff up mate, or you have a source that isn't available anywhere. Not only I haven't seen a single mention of a sonar anywhere about this one, this drone was more of a tech demonstrator for this drone BAE actually plan to make:

And its top speed is 140 km, certainly not faster than a helicopter.

BAYKAR FLYED WITH BG-160 CAMERA

Bayraktar KALKAN DİHA, which can perform automatic route tracking, target tracking, circling and returning home modes, performed its flight test with the Baykar BG-160 camera, which was completely nationally and indigenously developed by Baykar.

Bayraktar KALKAN DİHA can also take high-resolution images at night, thanks to the Baykar BG-160 Electro-Optical System, which has thermal imaging capability. The National DİHA can successfully perform reconnaissance, surveillance and target detection missions day and night.
Did Baykar discard Epsilon EO / IR from Kalkan?
How come Baykar can develop mini EO/IR? They bought start-up company?

Does it use TEI PG50?

They are using a startup company engine. The company existed but they started making this engine recently. This is a 12hp engine where PG50 is 50hp.

Is the Deli Kamikaze UAV in the Inventory of TAF ?
No. There were rumors on a test in Syria, but not sure if it's true.

As usual a good design, possibly good performance, but TSK is TSK.

Feeling like we should embark on pickup-based solutions as well for potential customers with low budget.

I used AZAB T150 as a representative kamikaze UAV but assume it can be anything else.

Plus, BAYKAR launched KEMANKEŞ V2 from that type of vehicle so this tells me something.

We have a suitable platform and multiple options at this point. Nothing should be holding us back from doing it.

I agree 100%. The mobility and versatility of a 4x4 off road vehicle will provide a big plus to the user. Mobile, easy to service, easy to camouflage, big range etc. A very good solution in my opinion.

I think they want something more complex and capable. Like sky striker.

Sky striker with Loitering time of two hours with a less than a million USD price tag guess it is logical to stay at safer and affordable side with a mixture of KARGI (loitering time 6 hours) and may be KEMANKEŞ (2) (jet engine) or may be a swarm of DELİ

If that's the case I think there should be more layering in this.

Deli is not super different than Sky Striker. Sky Striker is a bit more complex and big. It carries bigger warhead, its MTOW is also bigger, it has retrieve function (I don't think Deli has it), it has around 15km more range and more endurance (2 hour) with its 5kg warhead configuration. It's good, nothing to add on its specs.

Deli is smaller (13kg MTOW compared to 50kg MTOW of Sky Striker) featuring , both catapult and hand launch capability, 3.1kg warhead, 85km range, 75 minutes endurance, optional GNSS anti-jamming capability and is swarm capable. No complex EO or seekers. I am thinking about a cheap solution which can be used mainly against asymmetric threats. Looking at things like IIR seekers, state of the art software, materials etc my inner voice just tells me "It's not worth it bro! These are just meat for the grinder, throw rocks at them" 😂😂😂

A possible scenario: After mutual heavy artillery fire between TSK and a terrorist organization in the north of Syria, TSK needs a low profile reconnaissance and surveillance tool. Baykar's Kalkan VTOL is sent in the area (airspace is closed for UCAVs). It is detected that terrorists are preparing launch sites close to a residential area and an artillery strike would cause a risk for the civilians in this area. This is where 2-3 Deli loitering munitions are launched and used for precise strikes on the launch sites.

Another scenario: You just want to harass the sh!t out of some donkeys in the 30-40km range and launch 5-10 a day for the fun for a couple of days targeting their control points or not very important targets 😅

I think STM-Roketsan Alpagut may evolve into something more comparable to the Sky Striker in terms of MTOW, warhead weight, range and endurance. It was supposed to make its first firing test in 2023, but still nothing from them and I really like it. It would be a shame if they abandon it as a project. I don't see the catapult launch and retrieve capability, but still...
