So they're basically oppressing the unrest.
I agree that France is still doing their best to retain their colonies. I think supporting indigineous people and their projects through NGO would be a really good move.
The distance to the NC and how French or European can move to NC along with voting rights will just undermine them.
Imagine...
I thought cirit would be interesting due to it’s smaller diameter and weight. Having multiple launcher tubes with similar or slightly shorter range would enable the crew to man and use them quickly.
And I believe they are cheaper in production.

Why this French island in the Pacific is being roiled by violence over a vote held 10,000 miles away
CNN —
The French government has declared a state of emergency in its South Pacific island territory of New Caledonia after deadly violence erupted for a third day Wednesday, with armed clashes...
I'm sorry, but wouldn't cirit not be a good option if Roketsan made a dual tube shoulder launcher ? (I was thinking 4 tubes, but might be a bit heavy for lifting :) )
Although the lenght is a problem imo, should be short around 1.2m.

The US strategy becomes obsolete if PH changes to a president that stops the cooperation with the US. and demands the closure and removal of said systems and bases and such.
Trust me there are Filipinos who don't bother with SCS because they have enough problems with their "main" islands...
It makes good sense to have a SR radar on IFV that scans a perimeter for drones and such and another vehicles with multiple manpads launchers if they move in close enough formation to create a AD umbrella of sorts. Toss in some cirits if that is useful.
